Most brands have distinct jobs they assign to their website and their mobile apps.
But every once in a while, a confused client may ask, “Which should I build, a mobile app or a mobile-friendly (aka responsive) website?”
It turns out that, from the user perspective, a native mobile app (purpose-built for iOS or Android) plays a very different role than a responsive website.
